Aquehonga-Specific Forms

Paperwork at camp is a necessary evil. To make the process as user-friendly as possible, many of the Aquehonga-Specific camping forms needed are listed below in electronic format. In order to view the PDF files below, you will need the Free Adobe Acrobat Reader from Adobe Systems, Inc.

Pre-Camp Use

    AQ Merit Badge Sign-Up Menu
This form is distributed to all scouts on Sunday during the Merit Badge Sign-Up. It contains a copy of the entire Merit Badge Schedule, as well as a grid which the scouts can use to plan their individual weekly schedules.

    AQ Program Preference Sheet
Use this form to help in scheduling your unit's program during your week at camp. The form covers programs both inside and outside of Camp Aquehonga. NB: Completion of this form is not a method of pre-registration for any program activities; it is only an aid in creating your unit's program. Actual program scheduling will occur as usual during Sunday check-in with the Program Director. For each Reservation Outpost Program outside of Camp Aquehonga, be sure to also complete a separate TMR High Adventure Roster. Rosters can be completed prior to camp (available below), or while in camp.
