Toward the beginning of each calendar year, we hold meetings to re-invigorate our unit leaders, and get ready for another great summer at Aquehonga. The camp management is also on-hand to answer questions, and highlight any important changes for the upcoming summer season.

To help units make the final preparations for camp, meetings will be held just prior to opening our doors for the summer. Find out when they are and plan to attend the one nearest you.

All of the pre-camp planning forms are available for download, review and completion right now (including your unit's roster, new medical form, camper deposit form, and more.) Complete these items prior to your arrival for a quicker check-in!

The AQ Program Preference Sheet will show you when reservation-wide programs are made available to Camp Aquehonga units, and will help you in preliminarily planning these programs into your unit's schedule. Also available are the TMR High Adventure Rosters (a separate one is required for each out-of-camp activity) if you would like to complete them prior to your arrival.
