Preliminary Reservation Program Scheduling

Start planning your unit's program now! Part of the Sunday Check-In process involves setting up most of your units program preferences for the week. This includes your unit's pool time, mountain biking trips, and any plans to take advantage of the other Outpost Programs on the Reservation (Rappelling at Indian Cliffs, climbing at Keowa or Ranachqua, Canoeing on the Delaware River, Trips to the Village, using the War Canoes, Project COPE, etc).

Since this will involve some schedule coordination with your scouts' merit badge plans, unit leaders are encouraged to review and use the Camp Aquehonga Program Preference Sheet prior to coming to camp, and arrive with it completed on Sunday. This will tremendously expedite the check-in process, and enable you to offer the best possible program to your scouts. NB: Completion of this form is not a method of pre-registration for any program activities; it is only an aid in creating your unit's program. Actual program scheduling will occur as usual during Sunday check-in with the Program Director.

Furthermore, for all Outpost Programs occuring outside of Camp Aquehonga, a separate High Adventure Roster is required to be completed and approved by the Program Director for each event. This includes Delaware Canoeing, Climbing Outposts, The Village at Lakeside, etc. If you know prior to camp which Scouts and Leaders will be doing these activities, feel free to download the rosters now, and complete them early.
