Important Reminders |
|
- Medical Forms. All Staff members are reminded
that in order to be employed, a current medical form is required.
Medicals must be completed within the last year. Staff members
should bring their completed medical forms with them to camp.
This is VERY IMPORTANT! Visit
the Medical Forms information page for more information on the
medical forms, and to download a copy of the blank medical form.
- The TMR All-Hands Staff Meeting is rapidly approaching. The
Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at Alpine
Scout Camp from 8:00AM until 1:00PM at Ohrbach Arena.
All Staff Members are expected to attend. Exceptions and excuses
must be discussed and approved specifically by the Camp Director.
Contact your Camp Director with any questions or concerns.
CPR and First Aid Training,
for those who require the training and who have already registered
with their Camp Director, will be held immediately after the training
is completed. Some courses are also being offered on the Sunday
after the meeting. If you need to register for one of these courses,
notify your Camp Director immediately to register. Walk-in
participants will not be permitted to attend these courses, due
to space limitations.
- If you are in the process of being hired for a position at TMR
this summer, you would have been sent a variety of paperwork
items from the Camping Department - including, but not limited
to, an IRS W4 form, an INS I-9 form, and a Staff Agreement (contract).
All of the paperwork you received needs to be returned to the
GNYC office, as indicated. Delaying in returning these forms will
undoubtedly result in your NOT BEING PAID ON-TIME ON JULY
15. All Staff Members are strongly encouraged to return
these forms to the Camping Department immediately.
- If you are under the age of 18, you need to have working papers
to be on the camp staff. There are two kinds: Age 14&15 and Age
16&17. Ask for them now at your high school General Office or
Guidance Office. Don't wait until the last minute; doing so
will most certainly delay your getting paid.
