
Comprised of over 12,000 acres of pristine woodland territory,
the Ten Mile River Scout Reservation is home to a wide variety of
year-round Scout camping opportunities.

Camp Aquehonga |

Located near the center of the Reservation beside Half Moon Lake, Camp Aquehonga features rugged, old-fashioned Scout camping with patrol cooking, mixed with many modern facilities, including an olympic-sized swimming pool.

Camp Keowa |
| |
Camp Keowa, located on Crystal Lake, our largest lake, is a great
place for boating, canoeing, sailing and waterskiing. Meals
are provided family-style in a large dining hall, where
mealtime program abounds.

Camp Ranachqua |
| |
Fun-filled,
traditional Scouting program is provided at Camp Ranachqua.
Ranachqua's dining hall serves family-style meals, and overlooks
the beautiful Lake Nianque.

Specialty Camps |

Throughout
the summer, various special camping opportunities are available
to older scouts, such as Trail to Eagle Camp, Aquatics Camp,
Scuba Camp, Venturing Camp and Junior Leader Training Camp.
TMR also offers provisional camping and a Webelos Resident
Camp.

Catskill Adventure Base |

Rapidly
becoming the "Philmont of the Northeast," TMR's growing Trek
Program offers backpacking excursions to scouts from all over
the region. Scouts may come with their unit, or take part
in a provisional trek. Trips vary in length, and include both
hiking and canoeing, if desired.

Family Camp |

A
unique facility nestled in the woods alongside Lake Nianque,
Family Camp enables families to share the joys of nature together.
Private full-service cabins are available weekly. Guests are
afforded a full Aquatics, Shooting Sports, Campfire and Crafts
program, and much more.

Headquarters Camp |

Supporting
the activities and programs of all the TMR camps are the resources
and staff of the central Headquarters Camp.

Short Term Camping |
| |
Between
September and May, over 20 locations are available for units
to hold their weekend camping trips. Facilities include tent
& leanto sites, and many newly-renovated, heated cabins.
