Camper Deposit Form (due March 31st)
One of the first forms you will need to complete, by March 31st all units are required to complete this form indicating the preliminary number of Scouts who will be attending TMR this summer. Along with this form, units must remit a $25 deposit per Scout who is expected to attend. This $25 per Scout is non-refundable, but is transferrable as a deposit for another Scout.

Early-Bird Discount Form (due May 31st)
Boy Scout Camp is still, by far, a tremendous "bang for your buck." But we know that regardless, every little bit of financial assistance helps. TMR is again offering an Early-Bird Discount Incentive Program for units who complete this process and form (only 1 form is to be completed per unit.) For every Scout who is paid in full by May 31st, that Scout will receive a $30 per week reduction in the camp fee.

      Update Attendance Projection
Scoutmasters: Please help us to help you. During the week prior to your unit's arrival at camp, please complete this form indicating the updated number of Scouts and Leaders you will be bringing to camp. This will allow us to ensure that we have the correct number of tents, cots, etc. waiting in your campsite.

    To Be Submitted At Camp

      Unit Roster
No need to wait until Sunday of your check-in at camp to complete your unit roster. Download the TMR Unit Roster here, and complete it prior to arriving at camp. It is available in both Adobe Acrobat and MS Word formats. Please Note: Units are permitted to submit a roster that is generated from their Troop Management Software (Troopmaster, etc.), so as to avoid re-typing information that is already available, as long as all the information requested on the standard GNYC Roster is represented on the roster being submitted.
Roster in Adobe Acrobat PDF Format
The Acrobat PDF format will enable you to print out an exact copy of the roster form, fill it out by hand, and bring it to camp.
        Roster in Microsoft Word Format
The Microsoft Word format will enable you to type the information directly into the document, save it, print it out, and bring it to camp.

      Local Tour Permit
All out of council (non-GNYC) units are required to complete this form, and process it through their local council prior to coming to camp. The completed, processed form should be brought to camp with the unit.

      High Adventure Roster
Each time your unit takes a trip outside of your camp to one of the outposts (Delaware Canoeing, Climbing Outposts, etc.) a separate activity roster is required to be completed and approved by the Program Director. If you know prior to camp which Scouts and Leaders will be doing these activities, feel free to download the rosters now, and complete them early.

      Bob Lander's Release of Liability
All units that will be participating in the Delaware River Canoe trip high-adventure program will be required to complete a Release of Liability form for the vendor who handles the river trips - Bob Landers River Trips. This form must be submitted at the time the trip commences, and should not be mailed to TMR. If your unit plans to participate in this program, and you would like to prepare the form in advance, it is available for download here.
