The Pre-Camp "30-Day" meetings provide an opportunity for unit leaders to meet the camp leadership face-to-face prior to the summer camp season to answer any questions, and handle outstanding business. Attending the Pre-camp Meeting will simplify check-in at camp and make arrival much easier for all concerned. All of the various registration and medical forms will be on-hand at these meetings, and early-bird payments will be accepted at each of the meetings as well. No payments made after May 31 will qualify for the Early Bird Discount.
Listed below is the information for each of the 2 pre-camp meetings scheduled; leaders should feel free to attend whichever meeting best fits their time and travel schedules.
