The Pre-Camp "30-Day" meetings provide an opportunity for unit leaders to meet the camp leadership face-to-face prior to the summer camp season to answer any questions, and handle outstanding business. Attending the Pre-camp Meeting will simplify check-in at camp and make arrival much easier for all concerned. All of the various registration and medical forms will be on-hand at these meetings, and early-bird payments will be accepted at each of the meetings as well. No payments made after May 31 will qualify for the Early Bird Discount.

Early Bird Payments may also be turned in at the Camp Keowa Dining Hall on Saturday, May 26, 2007 from 8:30am until 10:00am.

Listed below is the information for each of the 3 pre-camp meetings scheduled; leaders should feel free to attend whichever meeting best fits their time and travel schedules.

	Manhattan
	Tuesday, May 29, 2007 GNYC Council Office The Empire State Building 350 Fifth Avenue - 4th Floor 6:30pm Early Bird payments can be submitted starting at 5:30pm. Bring Picture ID
	Staten Island
	Wednesday, May 30, 2007 William H. Pouch Scout Camp Berlin Lodge 1465 Manor Rd. 7:30pm Early Bird payments can be submitted starting at 6:30pm.
	Hudson Valley
	Thursday, May 31, 2007 Hudson Valley Council Service Center Salisbury Mills 7:00pm Early Bird payments can be submitted starting at 6:30pm. Note: Even though Camp Ranachqua is the only camp whose local camp management team will be represented at this meeting, unit leaders attending other camps are welcome to attend to submit Early Bird payments, and meet the TMR management team.
