Campsites are reserved by units on a first-come, first served basis (with preference given to the unit who resided in the campsite in the previous summer). The campsite reservation charts for each camp are available below, and are accurate as of the date printed on the chart. Use the chart as a reference when considering when you would like to bring your unit to camp, but be sure to call the Camping Services Department to receive real-time availability information, since these charts change frequently, but are not necessarily updated on the website as often.

To reserve a campsite, units are required to make a $100 Hold-A-Place deposit well in advance of their arrival at camp. Note: If your unit is a longstanding TMR Unit, you most probably completed this form last year. If you are unsure as to whether or not your unit has reserved its campsite, check with the Camping Services Department.

Family Camp cabins require the same $100 deposit per week, per cabin. Units attending the TMR Trek also require a $100 deposit to reserve a site at base camp.

Individual scouts attending camp without their unit, or attending a Specialty Camp are required to make a $25 deposit before arriving at camp.
